Is the Premium Room a good choice for families or couples?
Yes. The resort is family-friendly and also suits couples and groups. The room sleeps four, with either a king bed or two double beds. The resort has a kids' pool and daily activities for all ages, and the main pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Bars have a minimum age of 18 unless a child is with an adult.
What are check-in and check-out times, and what should I bring?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and the front desk is open 24 hours. Early check-in from 11:00 AM is available for an extra $60 USD per room. Check-out is at noon, and late check-out until 4:00 PM can be requested subject to availability. The main guest must be at least 18 and show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
Is there a spa on site for a longer stay?
Yes, the OME Spa is on the resort. It offers massages, facials, body treatments, a traditional Temazcal ceremony and garden yoga classes. There is also a sauna and steam room.
